grab a detailed CM and SDL trace of the attempted park and send to me.
i know there are a few call flows and call routing scenarios where
the originating party's CSS is used.
i can find out in the traces what is happening or you can run a
couple of quick tests -
create a css that includes your site partition and the remote site
partition. configure your phone to use this css and call the remote
site. have them try to park you. then set your css back to original
value and configure remote site phone to use the new css. place call
and test park.
are you possibly routing your direct call to the remote site through
any CTI application for directory lookup, number modification, or
other such feature?

I have an issue with call park and our remote sites, each site has there
own set of Partitions and CSS and therefore there own Call Park Number
which has the appropriate partition assigned. The issue I have is that
if I call the DN of a phone at the remote site from our HQ site they are
unable to put that call on Park it says No Park Number Available, If I
call externally then they can park the call fine and they can park any
calls internally within their own site. What's strange is that if they
call my DN then I can park their calls fine. All the Call Park for each
site are set up the same as each other.
Any one come across this issue before?
