[cisco-voip] T.38 fax cisco- patton

Hello, 
I have been trying to get t.38 fax working between a cisco 5400 gateway
and some patton gateways (45xx,12xx) 
But have been unable to get it working 100%.
I have searched around not yet found anything that helps much, I'm
awaiting patton/cisco support responses but thought I'd ask if 
Anyone has any experience/suggestions/configs to share
