There is a box on the bottom line of AC, which is not very obvious.  If you
hover a mouse over it it'll say something in relation to popping up AC.
Clicking it will toggle it on and off.

Is there a way to turn on and off the ability to have the ac pop up when a
call come in.  This user is no using dual monitors.  And now she drops the
ac down, but it pops up when she receive a call.  However sometime ago. When
