[cisco-voip] PI (Presentation Indicator) on CME

What is your layout look like

AS5300 - ISDN-PRI AS5350 - ISDN-PRI

3660 - CME with CUE?

Can you describe the two different call scenerio's that you happen
between the one that works and the one that does not work?

If you want to send the config I could look it over. Version of CME? And
Version of CUE? Or Unity if you are linking CME into that.

Interesting

Looks like these commands just affect the Calling Party ID?

Here is my setup. See the Redirecting Number i = '!', 0x0082, in setup
#1,
this is what needs to change to what I have in #2.

Did you look at these commands
xxx-xxxx(config-dial-peer)#clid ?
network-number To provide Network Provided Number
restrict To restrict presentation of caller ID
strip To remove calling party number entirely

Hi,

I have bunch of 7960 phones, a 3660 running CME, and a few 5350/5300s
with
ISDN interfaces used to gateway to the PSTN.

I'm running into some odd problems with voicemail when either the
5350/5300
decides to set the Presentation Indicator (PI) to be Allowed/Private.

Is there any way to force the PI to be a specific value all the time in
a
dial-peer?

Sean
