[cisco-voip] Preventing some subscribers to listed in Phone directory

Long time reader, First time poster

I am trying to prevent some users from being in the phone directory,
when I dial by name. I have tried removing the check box "list in
directory" under the subscriber account with no success. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
