The Automatic Gain Control reduces problems with varying incoming
recording levels.

The Wave Gain Adjustment allows for adjustment for all new recordings or
for all playback for CCM.

These two tools are for everyone not just an individual.

I have now got Unity LiveRecord working as a service our customers can
use (on or off CM).

Problem I have is that it's a little quite. The customer is using there
PBX (analog lines) to conference in our DID(liveRecord). Then the wav
file is emailed to them. Since they are not on the CM/Unity system, is
there a way I can up the volume, without causing issues with the other
users on our CM/Unity? I would like to just apply to the live record
feature. Is that possible?

TIA

Scott

I know I can setup a UM box and forward all the emails to the persons
email address. I just put the users Callerid in as alt extensions. I
was just trying to save a UM license.

Actually, I just realized (ok, Erick told me), that you are using Unity,
not IPCC...

Another option might be to get a Cistera box:

http://newweb.cistera.com/cistera/products/index.jsp?country=usa

But this is really an add-on to CCM to record calls...

Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Span your switchport from the live-record to the IPCC.

I would like them to call someone then conference in my live record and
have it email the wav attachement to there email address. Is this
possible?

PS. Sorry for the quick reply to myself.

Has anyone ever got live record working with a Internet subscriber
rather then a Exchange user?
