[cisco-voip] External Calls are not being captured by Unity

Hi,

 

I've recently installed Cisco Unity 4.04, using only voice messaging and
not unified messaging. I am having a problem with external calls not
being captured by Unity. If I place a call internally, I can leave a
voicemail without any problems. If I place a call externally, I'm
prompted to leave a message, but the message never reaches the
subscriber's inbox. Please help.
