>From what I gather there are two template options, one with and one without upgrades for one year. I was considering the DIY approach, but I can't imagine the number of hours it would take to produce the templates, there's quite a bit there.

just glancing at it, I wish I had a bit more database savvy and some
extra time to do it myself.
Do you have to buy new templates whenever Cisco changes the database
structure though?
