[cisco-voip] CallManager 5

Well, we played with the beta (when Cisco accidentally posted it on their
web site), we were just wondering when a live version would be released, as
we have quite a few customers who want to be as far away from Windows as
possible.

>From what we have seen it looks pretty interesting, though I think
troubleshooting is going to be unpleasant until we get used to using the RMT
to pull traces.
