[cisco-voip] Voice Mail only Boxes

Someone at CIPTUG suggested there is, and to talk to your Account team,
but I still haven't heard anything from my Account team.

We have a Unity 4.05 Unified Messaging system.  I frequently have the
need to create Voice Mail only boxes (After hours, Crisis, etc).   Is
there anyway to do this without create an AD/Exchange user?
