[cisco-voip] Troubleshooting echo T1 CAS E&M

We have a 2811 router with a T1 CAS E&M wink to the PSTN. People are
complaining they hear echo when they make a call(they hear themselves).
I played with the echo-cancel coverage command, the echo suppressor and
the echo-cancel erl worst-case commands using all existing and
imaginable values. I've read of the thl tone sweep tool to calculate the
impedance setting in the line but this tool doesn't work with T1. Ill
need a hardware for echo cancellation? I'm sending part of a show call
