[cisco-voip] CallManager and IPCC Express on VMWare

Actually, I do something a little easier to replicate customer's
networks... I just backed up the PUB with BARS and restored it on the
VM...
This doesn't replicate the Windows environment, but at least I can
make changes to things and see what I break.
