[cisco-voip] Callmanger calls not forwarded to Unity for 1subscriber Only!!!!

       I have run into a similar issue with multiple people for whom the
extensions were reassigned to another new subscriber with Unity; I could
not find a resolution for this and Cisco still has not gotten back to me
on a possible cause.  Ultimately I ended up rebooting the Unity server
after which it worked and I have not had the problems since.

Hi,
To build a new employee into the system, I had to change the user name
for extension 7117 in Unity. The problem now is that all Calls to 7117,
now remain ringing in the Callmanager and they never get forwarded to
Unity Voicemail.
Any help is appreciated.
