[cisco-voip] CCM service can't start

After installing CCM successfully,the CCM services can't start. the system
prompts:
Could not start the Cisco CallManager service on the Local Computer. The service
did not return an error. This could be an internal service error. If the problem
persists, contact your system administrator.
The RIS Data Collector service can't start too.The system prompts:
Could not start the Cisco RIS Data Collector service on Local Computer.
Error 1067:The process terminated unexpectedly.
I check IIS service is working normally.
Why ? I think SQL maybe the reason ,but I don't know the detail .Because CCM service is dependent on RIS and RIS services is dependent on SQl.
Please help me .Thanks!
