[cisco-voip] CCM service can't st art

Database Layer monitor,Serviceability Report,Tomcat,Tftp is running ，and start RIS services ,system prompt:Error 1067:The process terminated unexpectedly.The event log:The Cisco RIS Data Collector service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 3 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Check (in Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Services) if the Cisco 
Database Layer monitor is running. Check your Event Log, it will give some 
more information.
