[cisco-voip] Block calls from a specific CLID

We keep getting annoying "YOU JUST WON A FORD EXPLORER.PRESS 1 NOW" calls
from 1-877-840-6266.  I would like to block all incoming calls from this
number, but I am unfamiliar how to block a single incoming number.  Has
anyone done this?
