[cisco-voip] Need Cisco phone log reporting tool needed

Hi Guys,
 
Recently I have been asked to produce a report for all calls going to
and calling from an an extension where I work. We have a full Cisco IP
phone system. I have tried to use CDR Analysis and Reporting but it is
really lacking and parts are hard to translate. 
 
Does any one know of a better way to generate these reports, or an tool
that will translate the text file generated by CDR reporting.
