I just want a lab to start learning Cisco VoIP here!!! arg.I guess I am
learning through all of this trouble though eh?
I'm still getting amber lights on my VICs (I have tried all four ports).
This is the error that comes up:
%IPM_C54X-3-NODSP: Can't get dsp resources
Per this link
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft/120
t/sem120t.htm
It says:
Explanation There are not enough domain specific parts (DSPs) for all the
VICs in the router.
So I guess that means I need to get some PVDMs. The question I have now is;
I want to be able to use 1 dual FXS and 1 dual FXO modules that I have. I
would like for all of the ports to have the ability to be active at the same
time potentially. So am I right in guessing that PVDM-256K-4 (1 DSP) should
meet my requirements?
Thanks
Curt
