[cisco-voip] AXL schema object for 'ring no answer' duration?

I can see the duration setting in the axlapi.html file in the 4.1.3 docs.
Listed under element *axl:XNPDirectoryNumber/callForwardBusy* , it stated
it's applicable only for cfna and cfap but is applicable for CFB.
