Hello all,

We have a 2611XM with a T1 interface that I'm using to interface with a PBX
at a remote site (I think its a Nortel Meridian but i'm not familiar). We
are interfacing with a PRI connection and a T1 crossover cable (gateway is
sitting right next to the PBX in the closet). Whats odd about this though is
the T1 controller is showing a "Reciever has loss of signal" alarm message,
but everything is working.. D Channel is up and we can make calls back and
forth. I was also expecting to see a line saying it was transmitting an
alarm back to the PBX if it wasnt recieving any framing, but that isnt on
there either:
T1 1/0 is up.
  Applique type is Channelized T1
  Cablelength is long gain36 0db
  Receiver has loss of signal.
  alarm-trigger is not set
  Version info Firmware: 20050620, FPGA: 16, spm_count = 281942
Framing is ESF, Line Code is B8ZS, Clock Source is Line.
CRC Threshold is 320. Reported from firmware is 320.
Data in current interval (117 seconds elapsed):
0 Line Code Violations, 0 Path Code Violations
0 Slip Secs, 0 Fr Loss Secs, 0 Line Err Secs, 0 Degraded Mins
0 Errored Secs, 0 Bursty Err Secs, 0 Severely Err Secs, 0 Unavail Secs
Total Data (last 5 15 minute intervals):
0 Line Code Violations, 0 Path Code Violations,
0 Slip Secs, 0 Fr Loss Secs, 0 Line Err Secs, 0 Degraded Mins,
0 Errored Secs, 0 Bursty Err Secs, 0 Severely Err Secs, 0 Unavail Secs

Is the alarm message something I should be concerned about, anything I could
check to get rid of it? we tried a pre-made T1 crossover and I walked the
tech through making a new one over the phone, neither seemed to get rid of
it.

Thanks!
