What about Video bandwidth in the locations?

There seems to be an absence of support info on Cisco's website... We
have it installed (licensed and all), and it runs, says it can connect
to the phone, the phones are video enabled, but when you call another
VTA phone, nothing happens... No pop-up video...

The PCs have IP connectivity to the phones...

What am I missing?
