Hi Ranjan,

According to the Matrix:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_device_support_table09186a0080531eb8.html

You will need a minimum TSP version of 7.0(3b) to support CCM 4.0(2).
You might also want to use a newer TSP version in this train, like
7.0(4b) to see if this fixes your issue. Either way, let us know how it
works out.

Regards,

Robert.

Hi,

We have two CCM3.3 (4) , CCM 4.0(2a)sr1 server and one Unity 3.1(5)
having TSP 7.0 (3) version

CCM 3.3 integrated with Unity 3.1 already and working fine.
Now we planned and integrated to CCM 4.0 with same Unity 3.1 (5) which
has already integrated CCM 3.3 (4).

All phones registered with CCM 4.0 able to leave the VM internally
.But
not through WAN and from PSTN.
Found TSP error in Unity.

Pls help me how to resolve the issue .We badly need VM for CCM 4.0
server.

Unity Error is below

Cisco Unity-CM TSP: Warning: A Voicemail port detected an unusually
formatted "Callinfo" message from the Cisco Call Manager. One common
cause for this is a newer version of the Call Manager than this
version
of the TSP is aware of. Check the Compatibility Matrix to make sure
these versions of Unity, TSP and Call Manager are compatible. %2

Cisco Unity-CM TSP version 7.0(3) has been qualified for the following
version combinations with Cisco Unity and Cisco CallManager.
