Two ways:
a.. Contact your sales team and ask them to submite a PERS (or something like that)
b.. Join CIPTUG and use the feature request system
Either way, be prepared to wait. ;)

Subject: [cisco-voip] MeetingPlace Feature Request
How do I submit a feature request for MeetingPlace?
Customer will implement "Crisis Meetings" in MeetingPlace. When a Crisis Meeting is initiated, MeetingPlace will out-dial all of the participants. They have a concern that
1.. To guarantee MeetingPlace ports are available, Crisis Meetings must have ports permanently reserved
2.. They could set the Crisis Meeting as a 0 port continuous meeting
3.. With a 0 port continuous meeting, there is the possibility ports are used for regular meeting and therefore ports are not available for the Crisis Meeting
Feature Request: be able to configure the crisis meeting as a 0 port continuous meeting, but if more ports are required than available, parties on regular MeetingPlace conferences are dropped to make ports available.
