[cisco-voip] Transfering to voicemail issue

When transferring a call to directly to someone's voicemail (transfer -
*extension - transfer) the caller does not hear the entire message
because the beginning gets cut off.  Is there a parameter that we can
adjust to increase or create some kind of a delay between when
*extension is pressed and transfer soft key is pressed to delay the
message from playing?
