[cisco-voip] Who's using CallManager 4.1(3)sr3a + 7912 + 5.00.00(041115A) firmware?

We've run into a 7912 firmware bug with v8 that doesn't handle http redirects properly and it looks like we're going to have to downgrade to v5 (CP7912050000SCCP041115A) firmware. Anyone out there have this combination?
