[cisco-voip] Media Info in CDR

Hello, I was wondering if anybody ever had an issue where your CDRs don't
show any media info such as dest. Code; dest packets; dest rcvr jitter dest
rcvr packets? Also in the CAR I have defined default QoS but all reports
still show under N/A!?!?!? What am I doing wrong?
