[cisco-voip] Switch Upgrade Causing Fits!

VLAN 101 is one of our data VLANs. Neither VLAN 101 or 102 (the voice VLAN)
is defined on this switch, since no inter-VLAN routing is performed on the
switch -- only VLAN 1 (the management VLAN) is defined on this switch. We
use portfast on all non-trunking ports to minimize startup delay.
