[cisco-voip] Calls Transferring on Shared Lines During Call

Sounds very strange.  Are you sure that the user of Phone A is not 
doing anything with the call?  I have had cases where I am told they 
are not doing anything.  I look at the CCM traces and find differently 
:-)  You will probably need to look at detailed CCM traces of the event 
to see what is happening.
