[cisco-voip] Phone Load 8.0(3) - One Way Audio

As far as I know, 3548 switches with PoE. I've got to check with the client
to see what level of IOS on them. Cisco's telling me it's likely a new
phone load bug they'll have to provide an engineering special to fix.
