[cisco-voip] NM-HDA FXS to Valcom V-2001 (not V-2001A)

Anyone know how to adjust the ring voltage on a NM-HDA FXS port so a Valcom V-2001 (not V-2001A) answers? A FAX machine also doesn't work on this port. A voltmeter shows 24-25v ring voltage when it is ringing. On another router with NM-HDA with another device shows ring voltage of 45-46v when ringing. Voice ports have same configuration. This is also setup for MGCP.
