  In two places, in the enterprise parameters and in the phone config page. I believe it's referred to as directories URL. If you haven't made any changes, then it's likely the enterprise parameters. 

  We've built our own directory application using the SDK so we don't have to worry about callmanager directory entries. Our custom app queries our LDAP directory which has plenty of entries which are not in callmanager for one reason or another.
