[cisco-voip] win2k updates for regular servers

We use hfnetchk (http://www.shavlik.com/hfnetchkpro.aspx) - all it does for
me is tell me what patches i'm missing but at least it helps keep track of
what needs patched. We dont have anything automated at this time for the
private space servers to actually do the patches - so patching unity is
somewhat of a chore.

I believe MS has their basline security analyzer (or they used to) thats
actually built off of hfnetchk, basically does the same thing.

I'm not a fulltime windows guy so i'm probably not doing it 100%
efficiently.. if theres a better way to do the patches themselves i'm all
ears.
