[cisco-voip] E1 problems

Hi!

I have a strange problem wth an E1.
Since two days we have the behaviour that we can not receive
any calls on our E1 Pri. When I reset the interface the E1 works
aproximately 4h without a problem. After that I can establish outbound
calls, but can not receive any calls from outside (PSTN).
I can not see any error on the e1 if. The show isdn status command
displays no errors.  When I enable "debug isdn q931" I can not see
my call. On the phone I got immediately a busy signal.
It seems to me that the call never arrive on my gateway. 
The provider tells me that he can not see any errors on his side.
I changed the vwic module, the router, the IOS and the cable.
Nothing of this could solve the problem.

Like I said before.
The strange thing is outbound calls works all the time, inbound calls
after approximately 4h not. By resetting our side or the provider side, 
everything works for a period of time fine.
My guess is that there is a problem at the provider side, but don't know
how to prove this.


I tried 3640 and 2821 router. 
1 x VWIC-1MFT-E1
1 x VWIC-2MFT-E1
1 x VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE=

On all of my tries, there was only one PRi and two BRI Ports
used.


Did anyone had a similar experience ?
If yes, how did you solve it ?
