[cisco-voip] can't display Autoattendant and IPMA admi n page

Now I am configuring Autoattendant from Extended Services CD.After I install application and start services ,I can't open Admin page(http: //ip address/appadmin).It prompts:You are not authorized to view this page.Why? 
 
Then I configure IPMA services, and I can't open Admin page(http: //ip address/manager.list)after I start IPMA service .IT prompts:You are not authorized to view this page.Why? 
 
Personally I think the reason is the permission of users. So I grant all users to Administrators right,but it can't work normally.Help?
