[cisco-voip] Call Manager in different timezone as phone that registers to it

CDR records are actually recorded in Unix time which is GMT.  You'll  
have to take account for time zones in your analysis of CDR records.

call is made the cdr records for that particular phone are updated  
according to the server local time and not the location for that  
particular phone.
