[cisco-voip] FXS port stuck in S_WAIT_RELEASE state

Does anyone know of a way to clear a port stuck in S_WAIT_RELEASE state
without rebooting the router?  I've tried bouncing the voice port and the
clear call command.

Is there some way to clear the DSP itself?
