[cisco-voip] TAPI with Citrix/Microsoft Terminalserver Client?

Is it possible to use TAPI under an Citrix/Microsoft Terminalserver
Client Environment? There are no "fat" Clients (PCs), there are only
"thin" clients, without the possibility to start local applications.
