This is not available out-of-the-box. I had thought that the FastDials used in the personal directory service coincided with the speeddials, but they don't. completely different.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Service to view/set speeddials for AbbrDial
Perhaps I'm just blind, but I cannot find a service to view a phones speeddial settings from the phone. AbbrDial is great, but it would be nice to see what those assigments are from the phone and not just the web pages.
Is a service for this included in any version of CallManager or has anyone written one themselves?
Thanks,
-Patrick
