[cisco-voip] McAfee updates

for those of you using McAfee and automatic updates.....do you check off all of the following, or do you just look for definition files? 

Get newer detection definition files if available
Get newer detection engines if available
Get other available updates (service packs, upgrades, etc.)

I just ran an update and the hotfix triggered CSA and I wasn't able to select "Don't ask me again."  I'd rather not have to worry about all that. Do you think definition updates are good enough?
