[cisco-voip] Call Manager up-grade

We just finished up-grading our call manager to version 4.1(3). But our
CRA that is running the version 3.5.2(sr1) is not working.

I am getting the following:

OUT_OF_SERVICE

Database Subsystem

OUT_OF_SERVICE

 

We restarted the engine but it did not help. Has anyone been through
this?

According Cisco it should not be a problem with the current version we
are running.
