Thanks for the tip Ed. That seems to have done the trick. I did a search on CCO for Upgrade JTAPI and found that when you upgrade Call Mgr you definitely need to run the JTAPI Upgrade tool on the CRA server. very easy tool that goes directly to the CM and gets the version that is currently running there. Our CM was showing 2.0 (13) and IPCC had 2.0(4). After upgrading and rebooting IPCC the JTAPI subsystem was started and the calls were being routed to our Call center.
