Hi,

We are experiencing phone unregistrations all at the same time on a random
basis. In the event viewer we see the following errors:

Device name.: SEP"MAC ADD"
  Device IP address.: 10.48.x.x
  Device type. [Optional]: 119
  Device description [Optional].: XXX
  Reason Code [Optional].: 8
  App ID: Cisco CallManager
  Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster
  Node ID: 10.48.X.X

We have a two clustered IBM MCS 7825i1 server.

Any idea if this error is related to the driver of the Serial Ata adaptec
raid controller?

We upgraded the server with release 4.1.3sr6
