[cisco-voip] IP Phone Graphics

Does anyone know of a resource online where I could get graphics of IP
Buttons etc?.. putting together a custom user manual for a remote site,
would be nice to have some pictures in there - all the user manuals on CCO
seem to be PDFs and I don't know how to pull the graphics out of them (if
thats even possible)

We don't want to use the standard cisco manuals because some features are
disabled and we dont want to confuse the users. (any more than they already
are)
