You will integrate your current PBX into Exchange 2007 (12).  I will let you know more when I talk to some engineers around here.
2007 is a 64Bit software which means you will have to have a server capable of it as well as OS!!

 " Unified messaging  - voice mail and faxes in your mailbox " that is what I'm hoping to find out more about... what isn't clear is will this just integrate somehow with existing VM systems, or will Exchange become a VM system (with appropriate hardware installed, etc).
