[cisco-voip] how to change from 3 to 4

Is there a way on CM to change a 3 digit ext to 4 digits..  we could not
find this in the bat tool .. I ask earlier about 4 to 3.  now they want
three dig ext. to be 4 dig.

There are many of them to change..  what can I do
