[cisco-voip] caller id issue with some phone

Perhaps it's the ISDN Calling party plan and type setting - some carriers are looking for a certain plan/type on calls and some don't like invalid calling party numbers. 

What is your Caller ID DN set to on the Gateway, something like 123555XXXX or is it set to the same number for all calls? 

Are you setting the calling line to restricted on any route patterns, etc?

We are not able to complete calls to destinations that do not allow caller id info.  The weird thing is that all phones were created with bat tool at one time…so all phone are config the same way.   We have a range for 40 dids,  the outgoing caller id prefix is set on
 the GW pri mgcp.  The kicker is that some phones can make this call and some phone can not….. and the ones that can, still get that service that sceen calls if yit do not detect CID (bellsouth has it ).   But not matter what, I get caller id from any of these caller on my cell phone
