You can change your outbound code from 9 to something else.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Outbound dial problem
I am having what is likley a simple problem. I have a callmanager
express setup where one of the users extension is 9888. The problem
I am having is that there are numbers in my area that are 9888XXX.
When someone tries to dial it they get the guy at 9888. What can I
do to route the calls properly?
Mike
