A non-SCCP phone wouldn't download anything from CallManager, you have
to provision it manually.
SCCP WLAN-enabled phone is the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7920

Also, while on the topic, how would one add a non-SCCP phone to CCM?
How would the device download its config (with directory number, CSS,
etc...)?
But, out of curious, what WLAN-enabled phones are out there and are any
SCCP compliant?
(I need to upgrade my crappy cell phone and I figure I might as well get
something useful).
