I've managed to sort it now, I had to remove the device associations
from the ac user and then re add them again and now it's working fine.

Digit Analysis. In a CCM trace it's the bit right after you dial
where there are a lot of lines that start with | on the left side.
For example..

What do the CCM/TCD traces say?
In the CCM traces look to see if DA sees the right dn/partition for
your AC pilot point.
In the TCD traces see if TCD even sees the call coming in.
If this is a serious problem open a TAC case.

another issue with one of our existing attendant console branches, the
pilot point number has stopped working and I am unable to dial the
number. I have tried restarting the TCD service and resetting the pilot
point but to no avail, we have one other AC branch and they are working
