[cisco-voip] What IBM model is the 7815?

I posted a message a week ago about this. 
I'm still fighting to get a 7815 installed for Unity using a standard
Windows CD.
 
I called into TAC regarding getting the drivers for the 7815 network
card but being that the system was ordered through distribution instead
of through Cisco directly, they won't supply the drivers.
 
Does anyone know the exact IBM model number that corrolates to the
MCS7815?
 
I'm on IBM's driver web page but can't find it.
